Bishop Mark Steven Filkey is the Founder & Presiding Bishop of WestCoast Church in Stockton, California. A pastor, prophetic voice, author, and worship leader with more than 50 years of ministry, he is passionate about helping people encounter God’s presence, grow in faith, and discover their God-given purpose. Together with his wife, First Lady Jordana Filkey, he established a multicultural, Spirit-filled church grounded in the vision of being “a family church with a world vision.” Through Bridges Fellowship International, his books, music, and media ministry, Bishop Filkey continues to mentor leaders and encourage believers around the world. His heart remains rooted in family, serving others, and seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.

First Lady Jordana Filkey is the Co-Founder & Presiding First Lady of WestCoast Church in Stockton, California. A fifth-generation minister, author, and songwriter, she carries a rich family heritage of faith and revival. Her father, Evangelist Don Walker, ministered alongside A. A. Allen, and her grandfather, J. P. Walker, established more than 52 churches across the United States. Raised around influential revivalists, Jordana developed a deep love for God’s presence and the power of worship. Alongside her husband, Bishop Mark Steven Filkey, she helped establish WestCoast Church with the vision of being “a family church with a world vision.” Through ministry, writing, and music, she continues to encourage believers and share a legacy of faith with the next generation.

Administration & Worship Pastor

Pastor Jordan S. Filkey serves as the Administration & Worship Pastor of WestCoast Church in Stockton, California. A Sixth-generation minister and son of Bishop Mark and First Lady Jordana Filkey, he brings together a heart for worship, a practical approach to leadership, and a passion for using technology to support ministry. Jordan oversees church administration and helps turn ministry vision into organized, actionable plans, supporting leaders, volunteers, and the daily life of the church. As a business owner and technology professional, he brings creativity and problem-solving experience to his service. Alongside his wife, Pastor Malena Filkey, Jordan values faith, family, and helping people find meaningful ways to connect, grow, and serve in God’s house.

Care Pastor

Pastor Malena Filkey serves as the Care Pastor of WestCoast Church in Stockton, California. Originally from Ocala, Florida, she is the granddaughter of a Pentecostal minister in Chicago and began training and serving in youth leadership at a young age at the church now known as WOW Church. Before joining WestCoast Church, she helped establish Elevate Church in Sacramento alongside Pastors Sergio and Tina Limon, serving under the leadership of her former youth pastors. Her experience also includes working with nonprofit organizations serving people affected by drug and alcohol abuse. Grounded in her study of God’s Word and a sincere love for people, Malena brings compassion and encouragement to her ministry. She is married to Pastor Jordan S. Filkey and is a devoted mother of three daughters, with a heart for helping individuals and families find hope, connection, and strength in Christ.
